    AN ACT Relating to repealing provisions requiring public entities to purchase fuels mined or produced in Washington state; and repealing RCW 39.24.020.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  RCW 39.24.020 and 1937 c 164 s 1 & 1933 c 179 s 1 are each repealed.
