Repealing the Washington long-term care partnership pilot program.

    AN ACT Relating to the Washington long-term care partnership; and repealing RCW 48.85.010, 48.85.020, 48.85.030, and 48.85.040.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  The following acts or parts of acts are each repealed:

(1) RCW 48.85.010 and 1993 c 492 s 458;

(2) RCW 48.85.020 and 1993 c 492 s 459;

(3) RCW 48.85.030 and 1993 c 492 s 460; and

(4) RCW 48.85.040 and 1993 c 492 s 461.
