HB 1100-S - DIGEST

(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Requires each county or city with a transfer station or landfill in its jurisdiction to adopt an ordinance to reduce litter from vehicles by January 1, 1994.

     Establishes a fee schedule for persons who do not cover loads.

     Exempts vehicles transporting sand, dirt, or gravel from cover requirements.
