(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Establishes a fee of one hundred twenty-five dollars on persons convicted, or given deferred prosecution, for a violation of RCW 46.61.502, 46.61.504, 46.61.520, or 46.61.522.

     Provides for a study to evaluate the best practice for increasing the conviction rate for the violations.
