(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Revises the definition of a commercial motor vehicle.

     Authorizes the state patrol to inspect a commercial motor vehicle while it is operating on the public highways.

     Makes it unlawful for a driver to fail or refuse to stop at a weighing station.

     Repeals RCW 46.44.100.
