     Provides that a written document expressing the decedent's wishes, signed in the presence of a witness, is sufficient legal authorization for the procedures to be accomplished.

     Prohibits cancellation or substantial changes to a prearrangement with a funeral establishment.

     Relieves a funeral establishment from liability for appropriate reliance on a prearrangement.
