     Authorizes the director to exempt from specific provisions of chapter 16.74 RCW retail dealers with respect to poultry products sold directly to consumers, if the only processing operation is the cutting up or packaging of poultry products on the premises where sales are made to consumers.

     Revises misbranding and adulteration requirements for meat and poultry products.
