HB 1362 - DIGEST

     Establishes a uniform procedure by which liens on real property arising from delinquent taxes are foreclosed.

     Applies to all liens arising from taxes, assessments, rates, or charges imposed by a governmental entity.

     Repeals provisions of chapters 84.64, 35.50, and 87.06 RCW.
