HB 1513-S2 - DIGEST

(DIGEST OF PROPOSED 2ND SUBSTITUTE)

     Requires the regulation and registration of vessel dealers doing business in the state and promotes honesty and fair dealing with citizens.

     Requires a vessel dealer to post a surety bond in the amount of five thousand dollars.

     Establishes penalties for the violations of the requirements of the act.

     Repeals designated provisions of chapter 88.02 RCW.
