HB 1596 - DIGEST

     Establishes criteria for the award of grants to implement a modified student attendance calendar.

     Requires a report to the legislature by January 15, 1995.

     Makes an appropriation of five hundred thousand dollars to carry out the purposes of the act.

     Expires June 30, 1997.
