     Ensures that purchasers of manufactured homes have their homes installed by a certified manufactured home installer in accordance with the state installation code, chapter 296-105B WAC.

     Establishes procedures for certification as a manufactured home installer.

     Specifies grounds for the revocation of the certification.

     Provides for investigation and resolution of alleged infractions.

     Provides civil and criminal penalties for infractions.
