HB 1716 - DIGEST

     Directs the state board of education to establish a repository for exemplary, modifiable basic, or standard plans for new school building construction and make the plans available for review by school districts.

     Authorizes school districts using a plan selected from the repository to be eligible for an incentive allocation.
