     Requires estimates exceeding one hundred dollars to be in writing and contain the designated required information.

     Requires return of replaced parts to the customer.

     Directs repair facilities to post notices of customer rights.

     Designates unlawful acts or practices by a repair facility.

     Repeals provisions of chapter 46.71 RCW.
