HB 1771 - DIGEST

(SUBSTITUTED FOR - SEE 1ST SUB)

     Makes it unlawful to intentionally destroy, damage, or modify fish guards, screens, or bypasses resulting in the loss of fish.

     Provides for loss of water rights and requires reimbursement for loss of fish for violations of the act.
