HB 1798 - DIGEST

     Directs local governments to establish and maintain a housing replacement fund for financing all or a portion of the cost of construction, acquisition, or rehabilitation of housing that will be occupied by a person or family of low income.

     Establishes procedures for the payment of fees into the housing replacement fund by local jurisdictions.
