HB 1910-S - DIGEST

(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Requires initial inventories by the office of financial management of all owned or leased facilities of the state by June 30, 1994, and updates by June 30th of each year.

     Directs the office of archaeology and historic preservation to provide state agencies with a list of state properties included on the National Register of Historic Places.

     Requires state agencies to provide the office with a list of properties at least fifty years old that may be eligible to be placed on the register.
