HB 2096 - DIGEST

     Authorizes qualifying operations at state veterans homes under the state's medicaid reimbursement system.

     Provides for the election of resident councils.

     Revises qualification requirements for admission to a veteran's home.

     Revises provisions regulating resident income.

     Authorizes purchase of nursing home care for the institutions.

     Repeals 72.36.080.
