(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Abolishes the state professional athletic commission and transfers its powers, duties, and functions to the department of licensing.

     Revises provisions of chapter 67.08 RCW to conform references to the department.

     Repeals RCW 67.08.001, 67.08.003, 67.08.005, and 67.08.009.
