HB 2166 - DIGEST

     Specifies the elements of the offense of unlawfully providing or permitting a juvenile to possess a pistol, a class C felony.

     Provides that illegal possession of a pistol by a juvenile is a gross misdemeanor and a class C felony for a second or subsequent offense.

     Requires a report of the number of offenses charged under the act by January 15, 1995.
