HB 2222 - DIGEST

     Provides that a person convicted of a crime of violence as defined in RCW 9.41.010(2) may not have the right to own a firearm restored, unless the person has been granted relief from disabilities by the secretary of the treasury, or the provisions of RCW 9.41.040(5) apply.
