HB 2264 - DIGEST

     Designates the factors for a court to consider in empaneling an anonymous jury.

     Requires the courts to ensure that the voir dire is sufficient to allow the intelligent exercise of preemptory challenges.

     Requires the courts to minimize the effect the empaneling of an anonymous jury may have on the defendant's presumption of innocence.
