HB 2297 - DIGEST

     Requires parents who have filed for divorce, parents seeking modification of a custody order, and unmarried parents involved in a paternity action to attend parenting seminars concerning the short-term and long-term impacts of divorce upon children.

     Requires the parents to pay the cost of the seminar.
