HB 2312 - DIGEST

     Requires a review of the vocational education curriculum, facilities, and teaching personnel in all juvenile residential programs for a report to the legislature by December 12, 1994.

     Requires an action plan for implementing a state-wide uniform prevocational and vocational education program.
