HB 2355 - DIGEST

     Prohibits a person under twenty-one to possess a pistol, except when with a parent or guardian or under the supervision of a firearm training instructor.

     Provides a gross misdemeanor offense for a violation, which also applies to a parent or guardian who knowingly permits the prohibited possession of a pistol.
