     Authorizes the department of fish and wildlife to designate waters of the state for seasonal or permanent closure to motor-driven vessels, personal watercraft, and jet pump propelled vessels within one hundred fifty feet of any shoreline, pier, or breakwater when there is a potential disturbance to fish or wildlife habitat.

     Provides a misdemeanor offense for violation of the closure.
