HB 2380-S - DIGEST

(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Requires every licensed, certified, or registered health care practitioner to provide evidence of a minimum level of malpractice insurance coverage before July 1, 1995.

     Provides that completion of a health care liability risk management training program during 1994 shall satisfy the first three-year training requirement of RCW 48.22.080.

     Requires the department of health to report on the implementation of the requirements by December 1, 1994.
