(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Provides a civil penalty for a contractor or subcontractor who participates in violating the requirement to pay the prevailing rate for a second time within a five year period and prohibits a bid on any public works contract for a two year period.

     Does not apply to inadvertent filing or reporting errors.

     Does not apply to reliance on incorrect written information from the agency.
