HB 2395 - DIGEST

     Abolishes the public disclosure commission and transfers its powers, duties, and functions to the public election commission.

     Provides for appointment of the commissioners by the secretary of state.

     Creates two divisions:  the division of disclosure; and the division of investigations and enforcement.
