HB 2439 - DIGEST

     Defines a "dealer" as a person engaged in the wholesale or retail sale of firearms.

     Requires dealers to be licensed.

     Directs the department of licensing to obtain a list of federally licensed dealers from the bureau of alcohol, tobacco and firearms and verify that they are licensed by the state.
