(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Provides for involuntary treatment of persons who present a likelihood of serious harm to himself or herself, to any other person, or to property.

     Declares an intent that the citizens advisory council be represented by citizens who are former recipients of a chemical dependency recovery program.
