Directs the court clerk to send a notice of conviction of a felony to the county auditor in the county of the defendant's residence.
Requires the defendant's name to be stricken from the rolls.
Requires county auditors to maintain records of activities undertaken to insure the accuracy and currency of official lists of eligible voters.
Establishes minimum requirements for the registration of voters.
Directs the department of licensing to provide information on all persons changing their address so a notice of the need to reregister in the county may be sent to the voter.
Requires the secretary of state to prescribe the method of voter registration for each designated agency.
Establishes conditions for declaring a voter as inactive and specifies procedures for the return to active status.
Repeals RCW 29.10.080 and 29.10.095.
Repeals provisions of chapter 29.07 RCW.
