(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Revises the definition of a domestic violence program to be one which provides shelter, advocacy, or counseling services.

     Exempts investigative records compiled by an employing agency conducting a current investigation of a possible unfair practice under laws prohibiting discrimination in employment.
