(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Deletes the provision that the supreme court may provide by rule that the bar association shall be considered a public employer of its employees.

     Provides that the association shall be a public employer of its employees.

     Repeals section 1, Chapter 76, Laws of 1993.
