HB 2698 - DIGEST

     Creates the department of central support services; the department of income and medical assistance; the department of long-term care; the department of children, youth, and family service; and the department of developmental disability and vocational rehabilitation.

     Abolishes the department of social and health services and transfers its powers, duties, and functions to the appropriate department.
