HB 2735 - DIGEST

     Exempts the sales or use of machinery, equipment, chemicals, materials, and labor used in a manufacturing, assembling, processing, fabricating, research and development, mining, or agricultural operation.

     Requires a report on the effect of the act by January 1, 2000.

     Terminates the program on June 30, 2000.
