     Revises county treasurer's powers and duties.

     Directs county treasurers acting as ex officio treasurer of a taxing district to act as fiscal agent for such district or appoint a fiscal agency.

     Revises procedures for computation of levy rates.

     Repeals RCW 35.49.120, 36.18.140, 84.56.180, and 84.56.190.
