HB 2818 - DIGEST

     Authorizes school facilities to be used by volunteer or nonprofit community organizations for the purposes of before and after school child care, programs to serve children at risk, and other community-based programs designed to provide services or activities for children.

     Requires a study to determine the costs of providing the facilities.
