SB 5004 - DIGEST

     Designates the elements of the crimes of assault in the first, second, third, and fourth degrees as it relates to the transmission of the HIV.

     Provides for enhanced penalties for substantial exposure to the bodily fluids of an offender.

     Specifies procedures for HIV testing for offenders.

     Repeals RCW 70.24.140.
