SB 5199 - DIGEST

     Delegates the authority and duty to enforce Titles 75 and 77 RCW to the Washington state patrol.

     Transfers personnel and equipment to the state patrol.

     Repeals RCW 75.08.206, 75.08.208, and 75.10.010.

     Takes effect December 31, 1993.
