SB 5340 - DIGEST

     Reduces the level of blood and alcohol analysis from 0.10 to 0.08 for a violation of RCW 46.61.502, 46.61.504, 9.41.098, and 88.12.100.

     Revises the penalty provisions of RCW 46.61.515 to require increased penalties for persons with analysis readings of more than 0.18 percent by weight of alcohol in his or her blood or 0.18 grams of alcohol per two hundred ten liters of the person's breath.
