SB 5928 - DIGEST

     Requires development regulations to be consistent with the flood plain management plan adopted under RCW 86.26.105.

     Requires projects to protect fish life.

     Exempts certain projects necessary to avoid flood damage during the next flood season.

     Requires modification of any river system to involve basic hydraulic principles.

     Revises provisions regulating the removal of materials from beds of navigable waters.

     Repeals RCW 79.90.325.
