SB 6007-S - DIGEST

(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Makes certain technical corrections and corrects oversights to give full expression to the original intent of the legislature in the areas of sentencing for attempted murder, witness intimidation, child molestation, DNA identification, toxicologists as witnesses, restitution, bail jumping, stalking, and discharge of offenders.

     Establishes a process for notice and public participation in establishing work release and other community-based facilities.

     Repeals RCW 10.19.130.
