     Makes certain technical corrections and corrects oversights to give full expression to the original intent of the legislature in the areas of sentencing for attempted murder, witness intimidation, child molestation, DNA identification, toxicologists as witnesses, and restitution.

     Repeals RCW 10.19.130.
