SB 6087 - DIGEST

     Prohibits an operator of a farmworker housing site from housing employees without first obtaining a license from the department of health.

     Provides penalties for failure to obtain a license.

     Requires the department to inspect the housing site for compliance with the standards established by the act.

     Provides for a compliance schedule which the operator must meet to retain a license when violations are found.

     Revises inspection fee schedules.
