     Creates an executive-legislative committee on economic development policy to assist in efforts to maintain a healthy state economy and to provide employment opportunities to state residents.

     Authorizes a study of the issues of work force training, industrial modernization, technology diffusion, sustainable development, export assistance, tourism, investment, and entrepreneurial development.

     Repeals RCW 44.52.010 through 44.52.070.
