SB 6152 - DIGEST

     Provides that felony offenders who committed the offense on or before June 30, 1984, shall be placed under the supervision of a community corrections officer and misdemeanor offenders shall be placed under the supervision of a county probation officer.

     Does not require the secretary of corrections to provide supervision for misdemeanor offenders.
