SB 6539-S - DIGEST

(DIGEST OF PROPOSED 1ST SUBSTITUTE)

     Prohibits the submittal of a document to a court or administrative board after January 1, 1995, unless the document is submitted on recycled paper.

     Requires the legislature to use recycled paper for all printed materials.
