     On page 2, line 26, after "firearm" insert "or an object that  appeared to the victim to be a firearm"

     On page 4, line 13, after "firearm" insert "or an object that appeared to the victim to be a firearm"

EFFECT: A juvenile will be subject to prosecution as an adult if the juvenile was armed with an object that appeared to the victim to be a firearm even if it was not a firearm. (Examples, toy gun, pellet gun)
