ESHB 1070 ‑ H AMD TO PROPOSED STRIKING AMENDMENT (H-3272.2/95)

     On page 52, after line 23, insert:

     "(5) The department shall not house alien offenders at the Larch corrections center on or after January 1, 1996."

EFFECT:  Prohibits the Department of Corrections from housing alien offenders at the Larch Corrections Center on or after January 1, 1996.
