     "St Bldg Constr Acct -- State$250,000

Subtotal Appropriation$400,000"

     On page 48, line 22, strike "$1,900,000" and insert "$2,150,000"

EFFECT:  Increases funding for Department of Veteran's Affairs emergency projects from $150,000 to $400,000.
